Short-term inboxes have limits. Ongoing forwarding comes with responsibility.
By using OrbSend, you agree to follow these rules. These terms cover temporary email, forwarding aliases, 30-day archives, and support services. Effective August 28, 2026.
Not for permanent identity
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours and are not suitable for account recovery or legal notices.
Abuse is prohibited
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, ban evasion, bulk registration, or distributing malicious content.
Security restrictions may apply
We may rate-limit activity, disable aliases, or block actions that put the service or others at risk.
Permitted uses
- Isolated trial sign-ups, verification codes, and short-term confirmation emails
- Creating easily paused forwarding aliases for subscriptions, billing, and notifications
- Testing email delivery on services you are authorized to access
- Downloading attachments you are entitled to receive and have confirmed are safe
Activities that will get you blocked
- Impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, and scams
- Evading platform restrictions, creating accounts in bulk, or disrupting third-party systems
- Accessing another person’s email, account, or personal information without authorization
- Automated load testing, scraping, reverse-engineering security controls, or exhausting resources

1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement where you live and may use the service only as permitted by law. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
OrbSend provides short-term temporary email, forwarding aliases managed through a login, and limited-duration email archives. Features, quotas, domains, and interfaces may change for security, capacity, or product improvements, but we do not describe temporary email as permanent storage.
3. Accounts and login
The forwarding dashboard verifies your identity with a code sent to your receiving inbox. You are responsible for keeping that inbox and device secure. Do not share verification codes, session tokens, or two-step verification keys. If you discover unauthorized access, end the session immediately and contact support.
4. Lawful use
You may use only addresses and content that you are authorized to control, and only for lawful purposes. Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, contractual obligations, or applicable law, or to help anyone else do so.
5. Abuse and automation
Bulk identity creation, rate-limit bypassing, ban evasion, interface scanning, spam, and actions that harm service availability are prohibited. Without written permission, you may not continuously scrape pages with automated scripts or place abnormal loads on the infrastructure.
6. Email and attachment risks
OrbSend does not endorse content from external senders and cannot guarantee that links, attachments, or HTML emails are safe. You must verify senders and files yourself and are responsible for decisions to download, open, forward, or rely on any content.
7. Delivery and availability
Email may be delayed or fail to arrive because of sender configuration, internet latency, anti-spam policies, size limits, or maintenance. The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular delivery time, or successful forwarding of every email.
8. Retention and backups
Temporary addresses and their content expire with the address, and forwarding archives are removed after the retention period. Do not treat the service as your only backup, a legal records repository, or a critical account-recovery channel. Save necessary records elsewhere without delay.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate relevant features when activity threatens the system, violates these terms, creates legal risk, or affects other users. Where circumstances permit, we will take proportionate measures, but urgent security incidents may require immediate blocking.
10. Intellectual property
OrbSend’s site design, branding, software, and original text are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not transfer those rights. You retain rights to your lawful email content and grant us a limited license necessary to receive, display, forward, and process it securely.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that external websites will accept temporary addresses or that deleted or expired data can be recovered.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrbSend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited for intentional misconduct.
13. Indemnification
If your unlawful use, infringing content, or breach of these terms results in a third-party claim, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to cover the resulting reasonable losses and expenses. We will provide reasonable notice and allow you to participate in the defense, but you may not commit OrbSend to any obligation without our consent.
14. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms to reflect feature, legal, or security requirements and will show the new date on this page. Material changes will be explained in a reasonable manner. Send questions about these terms to support@orbsend.com. Continuing to use the updated service means you accept the new version.
