When you need to receive bills, subscription messages, and account notifications for weeks or longer, a forwarding alias sends them to your usual inbox and provides 30 days of archive storage.

Know the boundaries before you begin
Timing, extensions, and delivery rules are transparent. If an email hasn’t arrived, refresh first and confirm that the sender has completed delivery.
How long does disposable email last?
A new address is valid for 3 hours by default. You can extend it by 3 hours at a time, up to a maximum total lifespan of 24 hours from creation.
Will my email address change when I extend it?
No. Extending only updates the expiry time for the current address, which remains unchanged wherever you have entered it.
Will changing the address keep my old emails?
No. Changing the address creates a new 3-hour mailbox. The old address and its emails should no longer be treated as part of your current workspace.
Why hasn’t my verification email arrived?
First, confirm that the sending page reported a successful send, then refresh your inbox. The sender’s queue may be briefly delayed, so wait a few minutes before requesting another email.
Can I use it for recovery emails from important accounts?
We don’t recommend it. Disposable addresses expire and cannot guarantee future delivery. Use an email account you control long term or a forwarding alias for important accounts.
Does OrbSend require sign-up?
No sign-up is needed for disposable email. Forwarding aliases involve ongoing delivery and settings management, so they use a separate console secured with an email verification code.
