Starts at 3 hours
The timer starts as soon as you create it. Everyday verification codes, download links, and account confirmations usually won’t need an extension.
A longer inbox window
Your address stays active for 3 hours by default and can be extended up to 24 hours when needed. Ideal for sign-ups that involve multiple verification codes, confirmation emails, or delayed notifications.

You’re in control of the clock
Your disposable address starts with a clear 3-hour window. If sign-up takes longer or a confirmation email arrives late, extend it as needed instead of constantly creating a new address.

Each extension adds 3 hours, up to a total lifespan of 24 hours. The remaining time is always visible.
Refresh manually to check for new mail. The list and message body appear together, with the sender and time easy to spot.
Copy the full address straight into a sign-up form and avoid errors from typing random characters by hand.
Once the address expires, it is no longer intended for ongoing identity use—ideal for one-off sign-ups kept separate from your primary inbox.
Lifespan planning
Extending keeps your current address and won’t interrupt emails that are still on the way. Finish your sign-up first, then keep extra time for refund confirmations, device verification, or delayed notifications. Once the total lifespan reaches 24 hours, it cannot be extended further.
Renewal only changes the expiry time. When you need a completely new identity, use “Change address” to start a fresh 3-hour window.
For short waits and frequent refreshes, a disposable email handles it directly.
Keep promotional mail separate while preserving a window for confirmations.
For continued delivery, switch to a forwarding alias.
Address boundaries
Disposable email is suited to short-term sign-ups and verification codes, not as the only recovery address for important accounts. When you need to receive bills, subscription messages, and account notifications for weeks or longer, a forwarding alias sends them to your usual inbox and provides 30 days of archive storage.
Frequently asked questions
Timing, extensions, and delivery rules are transparent. If an email hasn’t arrived, refresh first and confirm that the sender has completed delivery.
A new address is valid for 3 hours by default. You can extend it by 3 hours at a time, up to a maximum total lifespan of 24 hours from creation.
No. Extending only updates the expiry time for the current address, which remains unchanged wherever you have entered it.
No. Changing the address creates a new 3-hour mailbox. The old address and its emails should no longer be treated as part of your current workspace.
First, confirm that the sending page reported a successful send, then refresh your inbox. The sender’s queue may be briefly delayed, so wait a few minutes before requesting another email.
We don’t recommend it. Disposable addresses expire and cannot guarantee future delivery. Use an email account you control long term or a forwarding alias for important accounts.
No sign-up is needed for disposable email. Forwarding aliases involve ongoing delivery and settings management, so they use a separate console secured with an email verification code.
